Ring Lock Scaffolding System
Introduction: Ring-lock scaffolding is a premier support system for construction that combines the advantages of both cup-lock scaffolding and shoring towers. It represents the new development direction of scaffolding technology. Divided into 48mm and 60mm series, this system offers excellent stability, high bearing capacity, and standardization for buildings, bridges, and tunnels.
Structural Features
Rosette Node: A Rosette node is welded on the standard every 500mm for connecting ledgers in four directions, providing maximum flexibility during assembly.
Connection System
Vertical Connection: Standards are designed for seamless insertion, ensuring vertical integrity across the structure.
Horizontal Connection: Every ledger features two connectors with integrated pins at both ends. These inverted pins move easily but cannot be pulled out, preventing loss of small parts and ensuring a firm lock.
Adjustability & Mobility
The system accommodates diverse structures with adjustable screw jack heads and feet. For enhanced site efficiency, a specialized shifting trolley allows the fully assembled scaffolding to be moved integrally.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the 48mm and 60mm series?
The series refers to the standard diameter. The 60mm series offers higher bearing capacity and can be equipped with staircases to function as stair towers.
What materials are used for the scaffolding?
The system is primarily made of high-strength structural steel, including Q235, Q345, and Q355 grades, depending on the specific requirements.
How is the steel protected against corrosion?
All components undergo surface treatment, typically Hot DIP Galvanization or Electro Galvanization, to ensure long-term durability in outdoor construction environments.
What makes the Ring-lock system "flexible"?
The Rosette node allows for connections in multiple directions, and the adjustable screw jack heads and feet allow the system to adapt to uneven ground and complex building shapes.
Is it easy to transport the scaffolding around a job site?
Yes, a specialized shifting trolley is available that allows the assembled scaffolding structure to be moved as a single unit without complete disassembly.
What safety standards does this scaffolding meet?
The system is manufactured in accordance with GB standards and is certified under SGS and ISO9001:2015 quality management systems.
