Introduction
Ring-lock scaffolding is a premier support system for construction that combines the advantages of both cup-lock scaffolding and shoring towers. Representing the new direction in scaffolding development, it is available in two primary series: 48mm and 60mm. The 60mm series can be equipped with staircases for use as stair towers. With adjustable screw jack heads and feet, this system offers excellent stability, superior bearing capacity, and high standardization. It is widely utilized in buildings, bridges, tunnels, and other infrastructure projects.
System Overview
Rosette Node: Flexible Connection
A Rosette node is welded onto the standard every 500mm, allowing for ledger connections in four directions, providing maximum flexibility during setup.

Vertical & Horizontal Connectivity
Vertical: Standards are designed for seamless insertion, allowing for secure vertical expansion.
Horizontal: Every ledger features two connectors at both ends. These connectors utilize an integrated rivet system with inverted pins that move easily but cannot be pulled out, preventing loss of small parts and ensuring a firm lock.

Assembly Diversity & Mobility
The assembly diversity of ring-lock scaffolding meets the demands of complex structures. For enhanced efficiency, a specialized shifting trolley is available, allowing assembled scaffolding units to be moved integrally across the job site.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the primary advantages of the Ring-lock scaffolding system?
It combines the stability of cup-lock systems with the high load-bearing capacity of shoring towers. Its modular design allows for rapid assembly, high safety standards, and versatility in complex construction environments.
What materials are used in the construction of this scaffolding?
The system is manufactured using high-strength carbon structural steel, specifically Q355 and Q235 grades, ensuring durability and safety under heavy loads.
What surface treatments are available for corrosion protection?
We offer both Hot-DIP Galvanized and Electro Galvanized surface treatments. Hot-DIP galvanization provides superior long-term protection against rust and environmental wear.
Can the scaffolding be moved without complete disassembly?
Yes, we provide a specialized shifting trolley (trolley for ring-lock scaffolding) that allows the assembled structure to be moved integrally, saving significant labor and time.
What standards does this scaffolding system comply with?
The products are manufactured and tested in accordance with GB standards and are certified under SGS and ISO9001:2015 quality management systems.
Are the connection pins secure enough for high-rise construction?
Absolutely. The horizontal connectors feature integrated inverted pins secured by rivets. They are designed to stay attached to the ledger, preventing accidental loss and ensuring a firm, secure lock at every node.
