A clean room is a specially designed environment engineered to exclude airborne particles, bacteria, and other harmful pollutants. It precisely regulates indoor temperature, cleanliness, interior pressure, air velocity, air distribution, noise, vibration, lighting, and static control.
Regardless of external air condition fluctuations, the interior maintains original requirements for cleanliness, temperature, humidity, and pressure performance. The primary function of a clean room is to control the atmosphere in contact with products (such as silicon), ensuring an optimal environment for production and manufacturing.

What products are included in your cleanroom solutions?
We provide a full range of equipment including air showers, FFU (Fan Filter Units), pass boxes, dispensing booths, laminar air flow hoods, AHU (Air Handling Units), and hermetic doors & windows.
What is the standard lead time for delivery?
For complete cleanroom projects including AHU, the lead time is approximately 35 days. For individual goods without AHU, the lead time is 10 days.
What kind of warranty and after-sales service do you provide?
We offer a 2-year warranty from the date of project completion. During this period, we provide replacement parts for any issues and can dispatch engineers for technical resolution if required.
Do you provide cleanroom validation documentation?
Yes, we provide full documentation including DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, as well as FAT & SAT reports, operation manuals, maintenance guidance, and complete project drawings.
Why is dust control critical for optical and pharmaceutical production?
Even microscopic particles can negatively impact optical structures and pharmaceutical purity. Cleanrooms ensure that particles are controlled at extremely tiny units per cubic meter to meet inevitable quality requirements.
