What is your payment term?
For standard products, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance paid before delivery. Customized products depend on the specific design.
What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
For standard products, we do not have a minimum order quantity requirement.
How is your after-sales service?
We provide 24-hour after-sales service. For installation, we provide detailed drawings and videos. Engineering supervision and training can also be arranged upon request.
What information is needed for a quote?
Please provide existing drawings and material specifications. If no drawing exists, let us know the intended usage and house size for a custom design.
Can the houses be recycled?
Yes, most components are recyclable. The shelf life is over 20 years without generating building garbage during the process.
