The expandable house is a type of modular product made of ISO shipping container framework with modern decoration modified for accommodation, commercial, health, storage, and more usage. It can be fully customized as a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, study room, or living room.
20FT Expandable House: 12 square meters before folding, occupies an area of 37 square meters after opening.
40FT Expandable House: 24 square meters before folding, occupies an area of 75 square meters after opening.
